On the June 26 episode of MBC GM4U's "Ji Suk Jin's Two O'Clock Date," the idol talked about things in connection with beauty and appearance. He was then questioned if he is fond of taking selfies.

Yesung answered that he is the type of guy who doesn't take a lot of selfies, but because his fans like his photos, he used to take pictures of himself before. He added, "Recently, I have not been able to take some."

The DJ also asked if often heard that he looks like Lee Jun Ki, Yesung replied that he does hear a lot during the early days of his debut. He commented, "I think it was because my hairstyle before was much like his." The singer went on saying that whenever he goes over articles about him, he would see many comments asking if he went through cosmetic surgery. And so he stated, "I have not had any cosmetic surgery done." Yesung explained that he works hard on self-care. He kept going and said, "I have been active on social media, so if I had cosmetic surgery, I wouldn't be on social media for some time.

Yesung is a member of SUPER JUNIOR that debuted on November 6, 2005, under SM Entertainment. Their first single is entitled "Twins (Knock Out)," which was released on November 8, followed by the launching of the group's debut album called "Twins" on December 6, 2005.
