In a series of Instagram posts, Jang Jae In bravely exposed his now ex-boyfriend Nam Tae Hyun. Jang Jae In posted various screenshots of the conversation that Nam Tae Hyun had with the girl he tried to cheat with. The two started dating last April this year and their love story started while filming tvN's studio vibes.

The South Club vocalist Nam Tae Hyun responded to the accusations saying,

"First of all, I apologize for stirring up trouble. I offer my deepest apologies to Jang Jae In and the person who messaged her. While it is clearly my fault, it is unfortunate that the media is publishing some things that are untrue without confirmation.

I am currently sorting things out, and I will release a handwritten apology and explanation as soon as possible."The post was deleted not long after. Many fans were furious with the male singer saying that he's just making up excuses to cover up his lies. He receives a lot of hate comments and even receives some death threats after the cheating allegations.

Another report regarding the issue arises, the South Club vocalist left the cast of the musical named "Mephisto". Although he was set to perform this incoming June 8, the producers of the musical play decided to pull him out from the cast.

The South Club's vocalist Nam Tae Hyun was also a former member of YG entertainment's WINNER. His contract with the management was terminated and eventually left the group way back November 2016. He then formed his present group which is South Club last 2017. YG Entertainment revealed that the main reason for Nam Tae Hyun leaving the group is because of his mental health issues.

They stated, YG and the other members have put Taehyun's mental health as the main priority and decided to wait for his recovery. However, due to the fact that the mental issue was one that has been present ever since his childhood, it is impossible to predict when he will recover and when he will be able to return to activities." YG entertainment ended their statement saying, "YG plans to continue promoting WINNER as a 4 member group with no addition of new members. Please show WINNER and Taehyun much support and love as they stand on the start line again."
