Cleveland Cavaliers Roster Will Be Complete With Love Trade, Source Says Cavs Are Only Team In Talks With Wolves

The Cleveland Cavaliers roster is looking more formidable than ever, yes it's even better than when LeBron James first played with the Cavs from his rookie year up to 2010.

But now, the Cavs are in a very good position to land superstar forward Kevin Love.

According to reports from ESPN and BleacherReport, it turns out that only Cleveland is in the running to get Love from Minnesota in a trade that will include the past first overall draft picks Anthony Bennett and Andrew Wiggins. The trade is also expected to include a future first round draft pick.

Last week, reports said that the Chicago Bulls were in the mix as Windy City is also interested in getting the elite scorer and rebounder.

The rumor even claims that Chicago is preparing a number of players to offer for the Wolves, which include a combination of veteran forwards Taj Gibson and Jimmy Butler, Euro star Nikola Mirotic, and shooter Doug McDermott.

While the possible offers of Chicago are certainly enticing, the Wolves may still choose two first overall draft picks in Bennett and Wiggins.

While Bennett has played poorly in his rookie year, the 21-year-old certainly has room to grow, and his performance during the Summer League in Las Vegas is certainly promising for the Wolves in case they are able to get him.

As for Wiggins, he has yet to play an official NBA game, but was impressive enough during the Summer League. His versatility as a defender in the wing is among the best in rookies in recent years. With the help of his insane leaping ability and wide wingspan, Wiggins is poised to become an elite defender, and his offensive game will certainly follow suit.

We'll just have to wait for a couple of weeks more before this deal gets finalized.
