Mila Kunis Is Selling Her Bachelorette Pad; Preparing For Marriage To Ashton Kutcher?

Mila Kunis is selling her Los Angeles bachelorette pad in preparation for her family life with Ashton Kutcher.

The pregnant and soon-to-wed actress Mila Kunis has put her Los Angeles bachelorette pad, described as a 5,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style, for sale, reported E News.

Mila Kunis is hoping to get nearly $4 million from the sale of her house, with the help of "Million-Dollar Listing LA" stars Josh and Matt Altman. She bought the L.A. property for $2.885 million and is positioned to make more than a million dollars from its sale.

The property is seated on a private cul de sac in the heart of the Hollywood Hills, according to Zillow.

Mila Kunis' Los Angeles bachelorette pad has beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It also has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a large patio around the pool, where you can get a good view of the city.

Kunis and Kutcher reportedly bought a 7,351 square foot-house in Beverly Hills for $10.215 million in May. The "Two and a Half Men" star, on the other hand, sold his bachelor pad in June.

"I never wanted to get married. From the age of 12, I prepared my parents for no marriage," said the movie star in an interview for W Magazine's 2014 issue.

"Then things changed - I found the love of my life. Now my theory on weddings is: Don't invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They're just excited that I said yes," she added.

When asked about motherhood, Kunis said, "I have never wanted to be the person who only has business on her mind. To me, this job has always been a hobby that turned into a great profession, but I don't eat and breathe acting. I'm sure Meryl Streep ahs a very different point of view. But I'm excited about being a full-time mom."

Kunis' most notable performance to date is for her role in the 2010 film Black Swan.
