The Incredibles 2 News: Movie To Focus On Frozone? Spin-off Inbound? Samuel L. Jackson Excited To Reprise Role!

Sequel of the world's most beloved computer-animated family of superheroes, The Incredibles was confirmed by no other than Pixar President Ed Catmull. Earlier this year, Disney Pixar assured everyone that they are already in the planning stage of the movie's sequel. Disney Chariman and CEO Robert Iger also confirmed the news in a shareholder's meeting last March.

Brad Bird, writer and director of the original 2004 The Incredibles is now writing Incredibles 2 though he hasn't confirmed yet if he would still direct the computer animated movie.

Bird has had hesitations of continuing the story of Mr. Incredible and his family. According to Slashfilm, Bird said in an interview in 2007 WonderCon, "Pixar does not look at sequels as a financial plan. We feel we have relationship with the audience and that they believe in each movie we put out. We believe completely in every movie we put out. If I can come up with a story that is as good as or better than the first film, then I'd love to return to that world, but it would have to be story first."

In one of his interviews for the promotion of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Samuel L. Jackson gave a hint that there is a possibility he will relive his character as Frozone. "Every time I ran into Brad, he always tells me Frozone is part of what's going on, so i have to believe that. I guess they could be the Incredibles without Frozone but i think Frozone would be a wonderful addition to what's already there."

Incredibles is an Oscar award winning computer animation that was release in 2004. It is a story of a family of superheroes led by their patriarch, Mr. Incredibles and his wife, Elastigirl their children Buddy Pine/ Syndrome, Dash Violet and Jack Jack.

It is also said that Cars 3 is also in its initial planning stage. Everyone is now anticipating an improved and never before seen imaginative animation studio that will definitely wow the viewers.
