According to DoctorWhoTV, the upcoming episode will entail life-changing events which will affect the relationship between Clara and the Doctor.

“I still don’t know how people will take it," said writer Peter Harness. "I’m in this kind of limbo now waiting for people to see it, and I’ve no idea, really I do not know how it is going to go down."

Meanwhile, episode synopses for "Doctor Who" season 8 episode 6 and episode 7 have surfaced.
