Mariah Carey Allegedly Suffers Emotional Damage And Breakdown After Filing Divorce Raps; Diva Told MTV Her Condition Is Just Exhaustion, Not A Breakdown

It has been weeks now since the first report on September 6 that Mariah Carey allegedly suffers from emotional damage after she and long-term husband Nick Cannon decided to break the knot of their marriage. Signs of post-breakup blues are very evident in the diva lately and Radar Online said that someone should intervene before the American Idol judge’s condition gets worse.

“She’s going to have a total breakdown if someone doesn’t intervene soon. She really needs help before she ends up in the hospital.” A source tells OK Magazine and was quoted in Radar Online describing the severity of Mariah’s recent condition.

Earlier reports from US Weekly circulated that the American songstress finds comfort in drinking champagne and anti-depressant pills while crying and looking at pictures of her and husband Nick Cannon the whole night.

As the source said, “She stays up all night, looking at every frame of herself in every photo and dissecting it to death.”

Meanwhile, the 44-year old songstress is seen with a peaceful expression in her face while in an intimate moment with her daughter, Monroe who is lovingly using a makeup brush on Mariah’s forehead as if putting makeup in it while her other hand touched her mother’s cheek. Her other kid, Morrocan cannot be seen in the photo.

Also, reports on the Daily Mail Online showed that Mariah is moving on with other aspects in her life particularly in an upcoming Elusive Chanteuse Tour. A recent picture of herself asserting time and effort practicing for the tour in Japan on October also showed up online with the caption, “Rehearsing”.

In a separate interview with Good Morning America, the Rnb star denies allegation of mental distraught and assures public that what she is going through is very normal especially in post-break up situations.

“I was totally exhausted and I needed to go to sleep and I needed rest and I needed people to leave me alone… It wasn’t like I went schizo and needed to be put in a straitjacket or tried to kill myself, what they were saying.”

It has to be remembered that the singer refuses her invitation to be a guest on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” on September 14. Though, NBC is setting for another schedule, Mariah’s reps did not confirm yet of her attendance.

The diva also cancelled her appearance in an interview with ABC’s “20/20″.

Cindy Berger, Mariah’s publicists also turned down the opportunity to say something on the songstress’s stay in the UCLA Medical Center’s psychiatric division in Los Angeles. Further, hospital personnel cannot also give records that the Mariah Carey has actually medical records in their institution.
