Russell Crowe Unites With His Ex-Wife Danielle To Support Mutual Friend, Nicole Kidman

Famous Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman lost her father Dr. Antony Kidman who died last week at the age of 75 years due to a suspected heart attack in Singapore. He was visiting his grandchildren and daughter, Antonia. Dr. Kidman was a highly respected clinical psychologist. He was given an tearful farewell by his actress daughter at the funeral held on Friday.

The emotional actress accompanied by her husband, Keith Urban bid her dad farewell with an acoustic version of Amazing Grace. As the last chord was played, she whispered, 'thank you.'

"He was the father who was always going to be there.", Nicole told the congregation.

Besides close friends and family, Russel Crowe and his ex-wife, Danielle Spencer reunited to support their mutual friend Nicole and her husband, Keith Urban.

The Gladiator star was seen with his ex-wife next to him as they joined Nicole and her family for the emotional sendoff. Russell preferred staying hidden behind black sunglasses for the day and was a pallbearer alongside Peter Overton, a family friend and Keith.

After being together for ten years, Rusell and Danielle separated in 2012; however, they have been spotted together a few times as they intend to keep their relation cordial.

Nicole described her father as her 'my confidant and my protector'. Accompanied by Keith and her two children, six-years-old, Sunday and three-years-old, Faith, Nicole touched the gathering with an acoustic version of Amazing Grace at St Francis Xavier Church, Lavender Bay.

Nicole told the grievers, "He was the father that was on a plane, hours after I got divorced, to come and take care of me, staying with me for weeks for as long as I needed." remembering him as a father who was always there especially when she broke up with Tome Cruise.

He was also the father who would when I was crying always tell me 'Nicki, it's going to be OK'."
