Miranda Cosgrove Fan: Nickelodeon Star's Crazy Fan Threatens To Kill Himself; Posts Horrifying Photos

It's never easy to be a celebrity, especially if one has fans who are willing to, literally, die for their idol. 

Such is the case for Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove, who recently received photos from a Miranda Cosgrove fan who had threatened to commit suicide by placing a plugged hairdryer into the baththub because she does not love him back. The actress, who is also a singer, is best known for being the lead in the hit TV series iCarly.

According to TMZ, Joshua Stockton (@ITheHighGrace) posted pictures of an allegedly slit wrist and boxes returned by the celebrity, saying: "@MirandaCosgrove frankly I'm tired of love, and my heart is ready to give out. Maybe I'll finish the job I started." The Twitter post has since been deleted but TMZ managed to take a screenshot. 

The Miranda Cosgrove fan had reportedly been sending packages via UPS to Cosgrove, all of which had been returned unopened. 

The actress has already taken legal action against him by seeking a restraining order from judge in Los Angeles, writes the Chicago Sun Times. She added that Stockton had been following her for months, even to the University of Southern California, where she goes to school. Social media posts also revealed that he had been going to her events, as well. 

Apparently, this is not the first time that Cosgrove sought legal help against Stockton, and the recent TRO is what reportedly triggered the wrist-slash tweet, according to MTV. The website also adds that a Google search on the fan's name reveals that this Miranda Cosgrove fan is actually an amateur musician. Now it becomes a conundrum whether he really is not right in the head, or if he's just looking for publicity.
