Upcoming Nokia Phones 2014: Probably The Last 'Nokia' Branded Device Made Official In The UK, Australia, Ireland, Malaysia

In case you missed the IFA event in Berlin last month, Microsoft and Nokia announced one of its upcoming Nokia phones for 2014, the Lumia 830 which is a lower-end model of the flagship Lumia 930.

In addition, the manufacturer also unveiled the Lumia 730 and 735 which are both promoted as selfie-oriented smartphones. If you are a Nokia fan and you want to get a Lumia smartphone with Nokia's branding on it before it's gone, you better try this one.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the device has been launched in a number of markets, headlined by the UK. In the report, other countries where the Lumia handset will be available include Australia, Malaysia and Ireland.

So what's special about this device?

The Lumia 735 is the dual-SIM version of the Lumia 730 and should be a treat for people who just can't get enough out of just one mobile number. Aside from the dual-SIM compatibility, the Lumia 735 also offers a 3G only version which should be enough for consumers who do not need a faster Internet connectivity feature.

In terms of specs, the Lumia 735 from Microsoft is so-so, boasting a 4.7-inch display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution, a quad-core chipset running at 1.2GHz, and 1GB of RAM.

Other notable specs include a 6.7MP primary camera with CarlZeiss optics which should be good even for a lower resolution sensor. In front is a 5MP shooter that should be a must-have for sefie-lovers and consumers who like video calls.

In the report, the Lumia 735 from Microsoft and Nokia is priced at €219, without subsidies and taxes. If you are a WP fan and you want a smartphone with one of the highest quality front sensors in the business, this is definitely a great option.
