Lady Gaga Gets Tattoo In Homage To Little Monsters; Shows Photos On Instagram

Lady Gaga gets a tattoo in honor of her "Little Monsters."

The "Mother Monster," who appears to have a knack for having permament reminders of her milestones, decided to pay homage to her fans by getting inked. Lady Gaga's tattoo - a hand doing the "Paws up!" sign or simply a claw - was inked on the left side of her back.

Gaga has been known to share a lot of her adventures music-related and otherwise on her Instagram account and her new ink is no exception. The singer, who is currently going back to her roots and delving into jazz, posted several photos of her tattoo.

She posted a photo of the newly inked tribute with the caption: "#Monster4Life". She also shared a few photos while getting it done - one of which had her lying on her stomach and exposing her butt cheeks. There was also a photo of the artist, Eric Gonzalez, sketching the design.

In another photo, she revealed what the tattoo signifies, saying: "Getting some very important ink from the great @Nspired1 ... it's time #monster4life."

Lady Gaga's tattoos have definitely grown in number. Before she had the latest one done, she had a trumpet inked on her left arm in June, which fans noted to be her first body art in that area. The singer reportedly had the design inked as a tribute to jazz music, specifically for her collaboration with jazz legend and friend Tony Bennett.

Apart from the latest additions to her body art, Gaga had also gotten inked live at a perfume launch. She also had a tattoo of a unicorn in time for the release of her song "Born This Way." She also had a tattoo to commemorate her latest pop studio effort "Art Pop."

Lady Gaga's tattoo will add to her growing number of body art, which includes a G-clef on her back, daisies on her left shoulder, roses on her left side and a peace symbol on her left wrist.
