iPhone 6 Vs Nexus 5: Screen Display, Dimensions And Camera Comparison, Which Is The Best Smartphone?

Here is the comparison of iPhone 6 and Nexus 5 in terms of their screen display, dimensions and camera according to the report of the Phone Arena and Fuse Joplin.

Design and Dimensions

The Nexus 5 sportss a polycarbonate build with a matte plastic finish which gives the user a soft-touch feel while the iPhone 6 came with an aluminum body. Both smartphones have side key with the volume control key on the left and the lock/unlock key on the right. However, the Apple's device is taller compare to Nexus 5.

Screen Display

The iPhone 6, has a screen size of 4.7inches with a thickness of 6.9mm and a dimension of 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches, it has a displayed resolution of 750 x 1134 pixels with a density of 326ppi.

On the other hand, the Nexus 5 of Google has a bigger display size, which is 5.0inches, a thickness of 8.59mm and has a dimension of 5.43 x 2.72 x 0.34 inches. The display resolution is 1080 x 1920 pixels with a density of 445 ppi.

Furthermore, the display technology of Nexus and the iPhone is different. The Nexus 5 uses a TrueHD IPS LCD Plus display while the iPhone 6 uses a RetinaHD LED-backlit IPS LCD display.

Camera

The Apple's device camera comes with 8MP rear facing camera and 1.2MP front-facing camera with a good quality of images which features dual LED flash. Also the rear iSight camera of the said smartphone has a micron pixels. While the Google's smartphone offers 8MP and 1.3MP front-facing camera. Both smartphones has LED flash making it better to take good photos in a low light conditions.

Both the iPhone 6 and Nexus 5 have common camera features such as autofocus, face detection, panorama, high dynamic range mode, digital zoom, self-timer and geo-tagging.
