'Anger Management" Charlie Sheen figured in another debacle.

Reality World reported that Sheen has been slapped a lawsuit by a dental technician who accused him of committing assault, battery, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The report said that Sheen who was inside the dentist's office apparently did not respond well to nitrous oxide and started yelling profanity inside the office, causing trouble.

The plaintiff in the lawsuit, the article stated was named Margarita Palestino.

The article stated that Palestino claimed "she was helping doctors George Bogen and Jaime Azdair when Sheen ripped off the mask she had placed on him."

Adding " Sheen also grabbed the woman's breast and tried to either open or remove her bra and also reportedly punched the woman in the chest."

The New York Daily News quoted Palestino's law firm as saying, "Our client is the victim of heinous acts perpetrated by Charlie Sheen," Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers said .

Rahmani added, "She will not be intimidated by Sheen or those who are attempting to cover up for him. We look forward to exposing the truth and vindicating her rights in court."

Sheen was also accused of being high on drugs. Palestino's lawsuit also asked for indemnification for "physical injury, pain and suffering, and mental anguish."

The News meanwhile quoted a representative of the actor as saying that the incident was made up. Jeff Ballard has said that Sheen did not respond well to the drugs administered at the dentist's office but "no one was injured and no knife was pulled."

Ballard also told The News that Sheen was not high on drugs. The incident allegedly happened on Sept. 25.

Sheen had been sued in the past for assault by women he had relationships with and pled guilty in most of them despite initially denying he had done the deed, or blamed the women for the incidences, media reports say.
