The Meizu MX4 Pro is allegedly in the works, and should be announced in October 28. The device's alleged specs include a Quad HD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, an upgrade from the Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution display of its MX4 predecessor.

The phone also boasts the latest octa-core Exynos 5430 chipset, the one which also runs on the Galaxy Alpha from Samsung. The phone relies on a 3GB RAM to handle the multi-tasking department.

If you are a cameraphone fanatic, then you will surely be surprised at the camera combination the MX4 Pro has. In the report, it is rumored to get a 20MP primary camera, though there were no details whether the sensor is made by Sony or another decent manufacturer.

According to sources in China, the device should be announced before October ends, and would cost just 2499 CNY or about $408. Unfortunately, there are no details yet whether the smartphone would make its way in markets outside of China as well.
