Upcoming Sony Phones 2014: T-Mobile's Version Of Xperia Z3 Flagship Boasts 32GB Storage, Packs Industry-Leading Battery Life

One of the upcoming Sony phones for 2014 is the new Xperia Z3 flagship, which was announced at the IFA event last month, and right now the international version has already shipped to a number of markets.

However, it looks like T-Mobile wants to get one step ahead of the competition.

According to a report by Phone Arena, the new Android flagship will ship with 32GB of built-in memory exclusively for T-Mobile, compared to the 16GB internal storage of the international version.

While both devices come with a microSD card slot, the 32GB edition is still more enticing as it gives the user a lot of storage space for media, audio files and applications.

However, if you managed to get an Xperia Z2 handset from Sony, you may want to double check if you really want to get the successor.

In spite the new curved design, the handset packs almost identical specs to the original, which includes a 5.2-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a quad-core CPU running at 2.5GHz, and a 20.7MP Sony camera.

Other specs include water resistance, and a huge battery that is among the best and longest lasting power supplies in the mobile market today.

Meanwhile, you may also want to wait for the midrange Xperia Z3 Compact, which boasts similar specs but only has an HD 720p display.
