'Faith' Kim Hee Sun One Man Show?

Actress Kim Hee Sun has been putting on almost a one-man-show with her new Mon/Tues SBS drama, "Faith." She plays doctor Yoo Eun Soo, who is a plastic surgeon and gets suddenly transported to the time of the Koryo dynasty. 

Since its premiere on Monday, she has been infusing the drama with her unique sensibility and energy. 

The drama revolves around the idea that a female doctor from the present experiences time travel and goes back in time to the time of the Koryo dynasty and in her confusion, we can see Kim Hee Sun at her best, with her excited and cute self. However, she showed another side when she was shown crying in a dangerous situation and in a scene where she had to do surgery on Noh Gook Princess and Choi Young (played by Lee Min Ho). 

Viewers are saying, "She didn't just save Noh Gook Princess but is saving the show."

This is her first return to TV in 6 years and it is becoming increasingly clear why she chose this project to come back with. We look forward to her acting in this role that seems somewhat perfect for her personality. 

"Faith" is a fantasy fusion historical drama about Yoo Eun Su and warrior Choi Young and a romance that spans time and place. Writer Song Ji Na of "Hour Glass" and producer Kim Jong Hak have teamed up again.
