In the picture, Hyomin is eating a spoonful of meat while Jiyeon has a plate full of fruit.

The lunches were actually given to them by fans who supported them. They gave Hyomin meat because they wanted her to gain some weight and gave Jiyeon fruit because she was on a diet.
