Results Of Police Investigation Into Shin Hae Chul's October Death To Be Released This Weekend

Korean rock legend Shin Hae Chul passed away this past October and the details of his untimely death will soon be made public. Seoul police have reportedly been investigating whether or not malpractice played a role in the rock star's unexpected passing.

Shin Hae Chul's lawyer released a statement claiming that the investigation into his client's medical malpractice case is still ongoing and that results are being waited upon by his represented party.  The lawyer revealed in a phone interview with OSEN on the 13th that the results of his client's case should come out latest by this weekend.

Police have been analyzing information taken since the 30th of December, resulting in a 12-day investigation case with the Medical Association related to the case. The results of the investigation will determine whether or not there are grounds to prosecute the suspect.

The Medical Arbitration Board claimed that the perforations found in the pericardium of the victim were not sufficient enough to rule the case as a malpractice and claimed that the only information known was that the procedure was a minor reduction rhinoplasty surgery.
