In the photo, Psy and the founder of twitter, Jack Dorsey are seen posing for the camera.

On the other hand, Psy costumes were seen everywhere and retweeted on twitter for Halloween.

Psy has become a global sensation with his hit song, "Gangnam Style."

He has over 600 million hits on YouTube and is ranked number 2 on the U.S. Billboard Main Single Chart 'HOT 100'. 

He has appeared on many shows such as the "Ellen Show" and "SNL." He has also appeared on CNN, ABC and the MTV VMA's.

He was also recently on "The X Factor Australia" and "Today Tonight."

He is currently working on his english debut album that will release sometime in November.
