Christina Milian Confirms Dating Lil Wayne; Slams 'Lollipop' Rapper's Ex-Girlffriend Karrine Steffans For ‘Wanting Attention’

Christina Milian recently admitted to dating Lil Wayne. According to a report from Design and Trend, she has even slammed the "Lollipop" rapper's ex-girlfriend, Karrine Steffans, for creating rumors all because she allegedly "wants attention."

Soon after Christina Milian confirmed that she's dating Lil Wayne, music video model and author Karrine Steffans supposedly made claims that she still has a relationship with the hip-hop star.

The R&B songstress was frank in marking her territory in an interview with "This Is Max TV."

"The thing with that situation is, I feel like that name shouldn't even be in the category or in the same sentence as my name," Christina Milian said about Lil Wayne's ex-girlfriend.

"I feel like we're two different levels. They're looking for attention."

"I have a lot of very positive attention by the fans, but not only the fans, but also the media. When somebody's trying to hop on the bandwagon and try to get some attention than they're (going to) say my name," she added.

Christina Milian also said that dating Lil Wayne means she trusts him amid all the issues being thrown their way.

"Pictures can say a thousand words, (but) unless you see the activity going down, at the end of the day, for me, all I can do is trust," said the "Dip It Low" diva.

"I put out full trust, and just trust that karma is one thing, and another thing is if you mess around, if something's not what it should be, then that's on you."

"I'm open with my trust and I'm OK with that. And I'm an understanding woman, too," she added.

The Design and Style report also said that Christina Milian understands why Lil Wayne is not vocal about the fact that they are dating.

"He's not a public kinda guy," she admitted.

The single mother and ex-wife of R&B singer "The Dream" also gushed that her current beau is actually sweet in private.

"He's the sweetest," she said. "I love him."
