Flawless Kate Upton Hot Without Makeup! 'Cat Daddy' Model's Diet Revealed

Kate Upton showed off her flawless skin as she stepped into the Heathrow airport without makeup on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Justin Verlander's girlfriend and known "Cat Daddy" model revealed her diet and how she maintains her famous curves.

"The Sports Illustrated model looked great despite not wearing any make-up as she prepared to jet back home after a trip to London's Chiltern Firehouse and an interview with Radio One," Daily Mail said. "Kate, 22, looked lovely in a casual ensemble which consisted of a chunky knit caramel-coloured jumper which she wore over a crisp white shirt."

Justin Verlander's girlfriend wore tan knitwear and skinny jeans, which she paired with nude mules.

"Wearing a pair of designer shades, Kate carried a chic leather jacket in one hand and a vanity case in the other as she prepared to make her way through the terminal," Daily Mail added.

The recent outing of the "Cat Daddy" model sporting a flawless complexion was far from the images that surfaced early this year where Kate Upton, who was then without makeup, had red marks on her face.

Meanwhile, Kate Upton revealed her healthy diet, which is possibly why she's comfortable without any makeup on due to her good skin.

In an interview with London Evening Standard, Justin Verlander's girlfriend said it's about being careful when it comes to what she puts into her body.

"For me it's about being strong, having the strength to work ten-hour days, and eating healthily," she said.

"On a good day she has a breakfast of scrambled eggs (one white, one whole) with spinach and green tea at 7am; a snack of ten raw almonds and a green juice at 10am; a lunch of quinoa with herb-crusted grilled chicken and grilled vegetables; a protein bar at 4pm; and dinner at 7pm - usually sashimi or a kale salad with grilled salmon and cashews," the publication reported.

When she does cheat, it's going to be salty food, as the "Cat Daddy" model stays away from sweets.

If Kate Upton has a project, she typically goes on a 48-hour juice cleansing, which also helps her skin even if she goes to the shoot without any makeup on.
