Suzanne Crough, 'The Partridge Family' Star Dies At 52; What Was The Cause Of Her Death? Costar Shirley Jones Releases Statement!

Suzanne Crough, who played the young Tracy Partridge in the 1970s TV series, "The Partridge Family," has been reported to be dead at the age of 52.

The former child actress died in Nevada, and although there still isn't any articles published that specify the cause of her death, it was reported by the Associated Press to be something that's "not suspicious." The source wrote that the Las Vegas police reported that Crough experienced a "medical episode."

This left fans and relatives grieving over the loss of a loved one. Suzanne's husband, William Condray released a statement via the Associated Press"I can't tell you the number of sacrifices she made in order for me to get through law school and for our kids," he said. "She was truly a devout mother."

Crough's co-star Shirley Jones, who played her mother on TV, also released a statement, this time via TheWrap. "Suzanne Crough, my sweet TV baby for 5 years, only 52, never a sick day, two adorable children, a devoted husband, everything to live for, just fell asleep at the dining room table and left us forever," she said. "Dear God take care of my baby."

It can be recalled that "The Partridge Family" TV show also stars fellow stars Shirley Jones, Dave Madden, David Cassidy, Susan Dey, Brian Forster and Danny Bonaduce.

During an old interview with C'Mon Get Happy, Suzanne revealed what prompted her to venture into acting in the old days. "My oldest brother was in 'The Andy Griffith Show' as one of Opie's friends," she said. "That is kind of what pushed my mother into letting [me] try acting, too. The producer would lock me in the jail cell to take a nap. He told my mother to get me in acting. He thought I was funny. And I was not shy."
