Grammys 2013: Gotye and Kimbra Win Record of the Year for 'Somebody That I Used to Know' [PHOTOS]

The annual 55th Grammy Awards is to take place tonight in Los Angeles.

As one of music's biggest events of the year, top performers include comeback of six-time Grammy winner, first-time artist collaborations, Grammy debuts and more.

Prince appeared on stage to announce the winner for the Record of the Year. The winner was Gotye who won three Grammys tonight including Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Somebody That I Used to Know" and Best Alternative Music Album for Making Mirrors.

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards is to return to Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday. It will air live on the CBS Television Network at 8p.m. ET. It will be hosted for the second time by LL Cool J.
