Arizona Boyfriend Killing: Jodi Arias Says Slain Ex Was an Abusive Womanizer Who Liked Young Boys [Livestream]

Just when you thought the case of Jodi Arias, the Arizona woman accused of killing her boyfriend Travis Alexander in 2008, couldn't get any weirder, it just did.

Testifying before Maricopa County Superior Court on Monday in Phoenix, Arizona, Arias told the jury that Alexander treated her like a prostitute and was attracted to young boys, according to iDigitas Times.

The Arizona woman is on trial for stabbing her boyfriend 27 times before slitting his throat and shooting him in the head. The prosecution, who are claiming Arias killed Alexander in a fit of jealous rage, is seeking the death penalty.

Arias testified that her deceased ex-boyfriend used her to satisfy his "deviant" desires over the course of their five-month relationship, Arias continued to date him even after she knew he was cheating on her because of low "self-esteem" according to the AP.

Arias described Alexander pushing her to the ground, kicking her in the ribs and breaking her finger. She also told jurors about an incident where she caught her ex-boyfriend masturbating to pictures of young boys in their underwear.

Friend of Arias's deceased former boyfriend Julie Haslem doesn't believe a word of Arias's testimony.

"She can say whatever she wants, but Travis isn't here to speak for himself," Haslem told the AP. "It's bad enough that she took his life. Now she's trying to take his reputation, too."

Haslem calls Arias a sex-fiend who began stalking Alexander immediately after the couple broke up.

The handgun used in Alexander's murder is reportedly the same .25 caliber model that Arias's grandparents reported stolen from their Northern California home.

Additionally, police say they found Arias's hair and a bloody palm print at Alexander's apartment along with a camera featuring time-dated photos from the day of the murder.

One of the photos from allegedly features Arias lying on Alexander's bed. Another featured the victim's body crumpled up in the shower.

Arias originally told investigators she was not at the scene of the crime, later she blamed it on masked intruders. She is now claiming Alexander attacked her and she killed him in self-defense.
