Body in Burned Cabin Found Along with Christopher Dorner's Driver's License

Following yesterday's fire in the cabin authorities found a wallet containing Christopher Dorner's California driver's license according to various reports Wednesday morning.

San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office stated burnt body of a man was found in the mountain cabin in Seven Oaks that caught fire.

Los Angeles Police Department officials said depending on the condition of the body and availability of forensic labs will determine how long it will take to identify the remains. It can be days or weeks before a positive conclusive identification.

"We all are breathing a sigh of relief. We do believe it is the body of Christopher Dorner, but we don't know for certain," Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa told CNN.

During Tuesday evening news conference Villaraigosa said that "on behalf of the people of Los Angeles, our hearts and prayers are with the San Bernardino deputy who was shot and killed today."

Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Lieutenant Andy Neiman said the LAPD had returned to "a normal state of operations."

The massive manhunt for ex-cop Dorner suspected of killing four people in all, including a deputy sheriff have now reached its climax. The search began last Wednesday as he was named as the main suspect of murdering a couple in Irvine, south of Los Angeles.
