Galaxy Nexus Android 4.2.2 Update Reveals Minor Changes

Yesterday Google rolled out Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for most Nexus devices.

Google delivered the updates to owners of Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and GSM Galaxy Nexus. As for now Nexus 4 is to receive the patch over the air.

The update brings "performance and stability" improvements listed as the only changes. However there are some small tweaks, such as Play Store downloads is to display the remaining time of their completion.

WiFi and Bluetooth icon can be toggled by a long press in the notification Quick Settings. It will also play a unique sound when it begins to charge wirelessly, as well as an updated low-battery sound.
