Was Lil Wayne Involved In Fight Before The Tour Bus Shooting Incident? Details Revealed!

News about the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting is currently making the rounds on the internet as two of the rapper's tour buses were shot at early Sunday morning in Georgia. Local police officers confirmed that the vehicles were shot several times.

According to TMZ, their sources said that Weezy, who is part of Lil Wayne's tour got into a fight with several members of the audience during the time they spent in the club.

"We're told Wayne was hot as fish grease during part of his performance," TMZ reported.

Club security threw the hecklers out of the club.

According to The Daily Mail, several witnesses said that the shooting of the tour bus happened from aboard two cars that had just left the Compound night club. The police officers were summoned to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel at 3:30 a.m. by a caller who reported that the tour bus Lil Wayne was on was being attacked with gunfire.

No one was injured in the incident.

A spokeswoman for the Atlanta police said that witnesses were able to provide only a vague description of the type of vehicles that the shooters were riding.

"Witnesses could only provide a limited description of the suspect vehicles," Elizabeth Espy said. "They were described as two white vehicles, possibly a Corvette-style vehicle and an SUV."

Lil Wayne performed that Saturday night at the Compound club. It was when his tour bus was about to leave that the shooting began. The buses were traveling on Interstate 285. TMZ reported that aside from Lil Wayne, Weezy, several executives and artists of Young Money, including Lil Twist and Super Hood were on the bus.

As of now, there are no suspects in the Saturday night shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus.

Last March 11, several police officers and even some SWAT members responded to an emergency call coming from Lil Wayne's mansion, claiming that four people had been shot. It was later on found out that the call was a hoax.
