$600,00 A Month Lease Available in Beverly Hills, 'Most Expensive Lease in the Country'

A $600,000 a month lease is available for a mansion in Beverly Hills.

The 50,000 square feet with 17 bedrooms and 29 bedrooms listed by Jeffry Hyand of Hilton and Hyland Real Estate seems outrageous, while some priciest Malibu mansions ask for $150,000 a month.

The listing agent said it is the highest price for a lease in three decades. "It may be the most expensive lease in the country."

Most people could buy several homes for the same price in this country. However the home is large enough for lavish parties. It has a movie theater, a 22-foot tall living room, a 60-seat dinner table and a billiards room that comes with its own fireplace.

The Mediterranean-style mansion was originally built in the 1920s by local banker Milton Getz however is remembered for its famous former residents such as publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst and actress Marion Davies.

Also was a honeymoon vacation spot for John F. and Jacqueline Kennedy.

The property was listed at one point for $165 million and $95 million three years ago reflecting the site reduced by three acres.

Today, the 3.7-acre compound is available with a $600,000 a month lease, it will be interesting to see if anyone is willing to pay that much for just 30 days of use.
