Samsung Galaxy S4 Unveiled In New Teaser: The Smartphone Of The Future Is Here [VIDEO]

Samsung has released a video teasing the unveiling of its Galaxy S4 at Unpacked in New York City.

Samsung's invitations to the March 14 event, contained the tagline, "Be Ready 4 The Next Galaxy."

The video stars Jeremy, a boy who Samsung says will be the "secret messenger" for its Unpacked event.

Jeremy is allowed to look inside a box that apparently houses the Galaxy S4, and runs home with it. At the end of the video, Jeremy sits down at a desk in his room and the video ends with a "to be continued."

Anticipation of the new Galaxy S4 continues as March 14 gets closer and closer.

According to cnet.com, among the new features possibly coming to the Samsung Galaxy S4 include an eight-core Exynos processor, a separate eight-core graphics processing unit, a 4.99-inch Super Amoled display, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video capability, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and the latest version of Android, known as 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Samsung continues to makes strides against its competition, Apple.

This past Saturday, the Samsung Galaxy S3 won a Mobile World Congress (MWC), beating out Apple's iPhone 5 for the best smartphone award. The Galaxy S3 also won the same award at the USwitch Tech 2012.

The iPhone 5 recently surpassed the Galaxy S3 for the most units sold when in the fourth quarter, ign.com said that an estimated 27.4 million Iphone 5s were sold.

This may have sparked Samsung to launch the Galaxy S4 to try and grab the lead with this on-going battle.

Apple has been rumored to launch the iWatch, which would be something brand new to this feud. There is no word of any watch from Samsung.
