Block B Vs. Agency Round 2, 'Settlement Issues-Secret Third Party?'

The battle between Block B and Stardom Entertainment continues.

Group Block B had asked for a termination of contract because they were not being paid. Stardom counterattacked the group by saying that the group had an undercover partner that is controlling them and so the agency hired a lawyer.

Stardom had posted on their official homepage, "There is a third party involved with this case that is controlling them."

Stardom continued by saying that Block B probably did not know the truth and that was why they were acting this way.

They also stated that the group may later find out the truth and regret what they did. They also added that when that time comes, the group will be the one to take the punishment.

However, Block B's answer to this was silence. Block B's agent stated that Stardom is misunderstanding something and that they are the ones that are lying.

Block B stated, "The members were all going through a rough time and we all decided together as a group to terminate the contract. Stardom continues to talk about a secret third party that is controlling us. How is it that there is a third party when it is us and our parents that do not trust or believe Stardom."

The group contacted the lawyers themselves and asked them to help with 1.) termination of contract and 2.) Settlement of Money.

The two sides seem to have different views on the money settlement issue. Stardom commented, "Block B created a not so great image for themselves when they debuted. We invested a large amount of money on the group and they only ended up being active for about 1 year."

They continued, "Although they did have a crisis with their personality issues and was not allowed to do certain endorsements, we still wanted to stay true to the contract, so we paid them like we were supposed to."

Block B commented, "There were many times the did not pay us, and they still aren't currently. They kept saying that because they invested so much money in us, they did not have any left to pay us."

The group could not understand why the agency was posting up lies on the homepage. They hope that the lawyers will be able to get to the bottom of this.

Stardom commented, "The former CEO is now gone and we are taking the blame and fixing up what he left behind. The promotion money we received from the group's parents, we decided to talk about later as it might affect the group and both sides agreed to that."

Block B then commented, "We did not agree to anything. We also asked the current CEO to pay the money that the previous CEO did not give, but he did not pay anything back and did not meet with our parents."

A manager of the agency that helped Block B was also filed for lawsuit from the agency as well. The manager did not receive his pay either.

Block B has currently filed a lawsuit against their agency to terminate contract and to make money settlements.
