Demi Moore Divorce Papers From Ashton Kutcher Finally, 16 Months After Their Split, 'He Has Been Difficult During The Talks'

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are finally filing their divorce papers after months of negotiations for a confidential and amicable settlement to no avail.

It's been sixteen months since the announced their separation after six years of marriage, now nearly three months after Kutcher filed his own papers, Moore is ready to submit hers as well.

The former couple split after rumors of Kutcher having an affair with a 22-year-old on their six-year anniversary in November 2011.

Although Kutcher filed for divorce in December 2012 the former couple was stalled on negotiations as they attempted to reach a confidential settlement.

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," the source told the Post. Moore "has had enough," the source added.

Kutcher moved on dating his "That '70s Show" costar Mila Kunis since their break up, "has been difficult during the talks," the source claims of the actor.

Kutcher, has become the highest-paid actor on TV big thanks to the CBS hit "Two and a Half Men" as he reportedly earned $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

"Demi is definitely ready to move on," the source added, noting, "It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial."
