Lindsay Lohan Rejects House Arrest Deal: Could Face 19 Months In Jail

The 26-year-old troubled star rejected a plea deal for violating her probation in June 2012. She rejected a 90-day house arrest stint and could now face 19 months in jail.

Lohan rejected the deal she believes that she did nothing wrong and should not have to suffer any sort of punishment. She could be charged with reckless driving and lying to police.

Lohan is no stranger to legal troubles; she has a number of DUI's and was arrested in 2011 for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store. Lohan served a 35-day house arrest sentence for that theft.

In the past she has had to complete court ordered rehab and wear a monitoring bracelet on her ankle.

TMZ reports that Lohan was also offered another chance at rehab but also turned that down. The 'Liz and Dick' star has had opportunities to wipe her slate clean and start over, but she refuses each time.

Even Charlie Sheen offered to help "mentor" Lohan and get her back on the right track. You know you have issues when Charlie Sheen thinks you need help.

If Lindsay Lohan does not accept a plea deal her case will go to trail on March 18.
