'Beauty And The Beast' Star Emma Watson Kidnapped On Set? Actress Stunning In Vogue Cover

A rep for Emma Watson, who's stunning in the recent Vogue cover, denied the rumor that she was almost kidnapped on the set of "Beauty and the Beast" at the Shepperton Studios in Surrey.

The rumor was started by tabloid, The Sun, which claimed that two men posed as cleaners on the set of "Beauty and the Beast" in an attempt to kidnap Emma Watson for a royal ransom, or at the very least rob her.

"The employees were said to have spoken in a different language and they were unaware the driver understood every word they said," said Hollywood Life.

It continued, "Upon hearing the plan, the driver reported it to his superiors and they alerted the studio staff of the matter. While this story is completely false, it's not the first time the actress received scary threats about her well-being."

"Beauty and the Beast" star Emma Watson was once hounded by a stalker back in 2011 when she was still filming "Noah."

But a rep for the actress denied the rumor about a kidnapping plot.

A statement sent to Vogue UK said, "The story was looked into by production and found to be unsubstantiated and untrue."

Meanwhile, Emma Watson is gracing the cover for Vogue's September issue.

"Emma, 25, let her natural beauty take centre stage in minimal make-up as she donned a white and gold jacquard dress by Stella McCartney and with her hair loosely pulled back," said Daily Mail.

The British tabloid noted that this was the second time for the "Beauty and the Beast" actress Emma Watson to grace the cover of the magazine.

It said, "The actress and campaigner made her Vogue debut in December 2010, shot by Mario Testino, and it was photographer Josh Olins who worked his magic behind the lens for the lastest shoot."
