Jared Leto Takes 'Suicide Squad' Alter Ego Outside The Set? Actor Impossible To Miss While On Stroll In NYC

Jared Leto took a break from filming "Suicide Squad" where he plays Joker so it makes sense that he is still wearing the signature green hairdo that he sported in the trailer while out and about in New York.

The 43-year-old actor was snapped trying to take a photo of something, or maybe even trying to take a selfie in a park in the Big Apple on Sunday.

"Jared showed off his sculpted arms in a tattered Enfants Riches Déprimés tank top as he attempted to achieve the best angle on his camera," said Daily Mail. "When Jared wasn't admiring his appearance, the actor took a break from the quiet with a quick phone call."

Jared Leto is known for his method acting, which he puts to good use when he dropped a lot of pounds-to an unhealthy level-for his portrayal of a cross-dressing HIV victim in the "Dallas Buyers Club"

This is also probably the reason why the producers have hired an on-set therapist because Jared Leto might imbibe the persona of the Joker in the "Suicide Squad" even when he wasn't filming.

The report from E! News alleged that director David Ayer himself brought over the therapist at the beck and call of the cast.

Actor Adam Beach said, "David Ayer is about realism. So if your character is tormented, he wants you to torment yourself. He wants the real thing."

It's been reported that Jared Leto has already took on the character of Joker by playing pranks on his cast members. For example, Margot Robbie, who plays Harley Quinn in "Suicide Squad" received a rat from the actor.

Although the actress was told by the other cast members to kill the rat, Margot Robbie did not heed their advice because she thought that Harley Quinn would have cherished the gift coming from the Joker.
