Jennifer Lopez Rejects Casper Smart’s Marriage Proposals? Find Out Why!

There may be no Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart marriage in the near future if the rumors prove true.

According to a report on In Touch Weekly, the choreographer has proposed several times to his longtime love but the "American Idol" judge was not caving in.

"Since they got back together earlier this year, he's probably proposed at least five times," a source told the magazine. "Frankly, she's sick and tired of saying no."

Smart though doesn't apparently think it's time to give up.

"Every time he pops the question it bugs the hell out of her," the source added. "She finally snapped and told him to stop asking, but he won't."

Despite the purported rejections, Lopez seemingly adores Smart.

"She loves Casper - she just doesn't want to marry him," the source explained. "She's told him it's never going to happen. Period."

This is not the first time that Lopez has felt unsure about a potential fourth marriage. Back in Jan. 2014, she also expressed her opinion on the matter during the Television Critics Association press tour.

"I don't know, maybe, we'll see, I don't know," the singer-actress commented about marriage as cited by E! Online.  "I always believe in that institution, my parents were married for a very long time, they were married for 35 years. I believe in it, it's difficult. I've had my challenges but at the same time I believe in love and I think that that's the main thing."

It was only recently that Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart reportedly got back together and marriage rumors immediately surfaced. Though both have yet to personally confirm the reunion, J. Lo made a big statement by bringing Smart for her 46th birthday party last month. As reported by the New York Daily News, both apparently stayed close to each other during the celebration.

"He seemed more like a bodyguard at times," an eyewitness told the source above back then. "She was oblivious and having a great time, laughing, taking selfies and throwing her arms around him."

Rumors of their reunion swirled early in May when Lopez herself posted on Instagram a photo of Smart and put the hashtags "love this pic" and "handsome bear."

Prior to getting back together and the marriage rumors, Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart dated for four years before splitting in June last year.
