Tiger Woods' Ex-Girlfriend Lindsey Vonn Displays Fit Form; Skier Still Exercises Though Injured

Ever since her split from Tiger Woods, skier Lindsey Vonn has been focusing on getting back to where she was when she dominated the sport.

So even when she was on vacation in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, the Olympic gold medalist still found time for her workout routine to get back in shape.

"The decorated alpine skier has been having some fun in the sun since August 19 and has demonstrated her commitment to breaking a sweat despite her recent ankle injury that left her with a medical walking boot," said Daily Mail.

It added, "Lindsey maintained her figure in tip-top shape by working on her obliques and abs with side crunches."

On Lindsey Vonn's Instagram, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend shared a photo of her doing ab work on top of a long board in the middle of the ocean. She wrote, "#SUP this boot can't slow me down!!"

One fan wrote, "I'm in a boot for my left foot, too! Please keep posting workouts with the boot!"

In another post, Lindsey Vonn is suspended in midair as she worked on her abs with the aid of her girl friend. Tiger Woods' ex captioned the image, "Friends don't let friends miss ab day! #makingithappen #vacaworkout."

One fan seemed inspired, "She can workout in a boot we can always go to the gym."

Another said, "omg can we work out in paradise like that too though?"

"Maybe this is what we have to do to obtain that girls butt," another added.

Back in May, Lindsey Vonn talked to The New Potato and while she's giving advice on future female athletes, she might just as well be talking about herself after her split from Tiger Woods.

"I would tell future female athletes that I didn't get to where I am overnight. You have to love what you're doing, want to put everything you have into it, and you have to earn it day after day."

She said, "Always think positive and set goals for yourself. You are in control of your strength-mentally and physically," she said.
