Kate Middleton's Return To Royal Duties Makes News; Prince William, Wife To Undertake Joint Engagements

Kate Middleton is back in the news and Prince William's wife showed no hint of post-baby blues as she returns to her royal duties following four months of maternity leave.

The Duchess of Cambridge will reportedly reportedly visit the Anna Freud Centre in London next week followed by an appearance at the Rugby World Cup 2015 on Sept. 18 where England will match up with Fiji at the Twickenham.

"She is also said to be planning to attend other unconfirmed tournament events," said Daily Mail. "The Duchess and her husband will also undertake several joint engagements together, including visits to Dundee and North Wales in Late October and late November respectively."

Several news outlets reported that Kate Middleton has ducked several royal commitments after suffering post-partum depression following the birth of daughter, Princess Charlotte.

The Palace has not released any statement confirming or denying the post-baby blues.

Aside from depression, Kate Middleton and Prince Williams were also rumored to have earned the ire of Queen Elizabeth for their lavish spending habits.

"Last summer, a Mirror headline touted 'William and Kate aren't humble - they're a pair of spoiled kids wasting YOUR money' and that sent Queen Elizabeth into a fit but that hasn't slowed the spending of Kate Middleton or Prince William," said CDL.

"They spent $2.5 million refitting their country home plus another $1 million on furniture and fittings plus a whopping $400k a year to keep the place up."

The article went on to add, "In total, Kate Middleton and Prince William have blown over $6 million redoing various homes and apartments while billing themselves as a down to earth couple in touch with the common folk of the UK."

Now news has it that Prince William wants baby no. 3 with Kate Middleton.

"Kate grew up with two siblings, so she likes the idea of having another soon. But to be honest, she doesn't want to stop there and has talked about having 4 children before she's all done," a source told Hollywood Life.
