Kaitlyn Bristowe's 'The Bachelorette' Antic Earns Shawn Booth's Family's Ire; Breakup Looms?

"The Bachelorette" stars Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are reportedly on the verge of breakup as his family doesn't approve of the dance instructor because she slept with Nick Viall before giving her current beau the final rose.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Shawn Booth's family doesn't think that "The Bachelorette" starlet is good for the fitness instructor and they are not on board with the wedding.

"Shawn's family has nothing nice to say about Kaitlyn, they can't believe that Shawn would propose to her after she slept with Nick Viall on national television," the source told the tabloid.

"And, they think that Kaitlyn brings out the worst in Shawn - they hate seeing him a jealous and insecure mess. Shawn's Dad has told him that they won't be attending the wedding."

However, Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe might not breakup and push through with the wedding plans if only for the reported "The Bachelorette" spinoff from the network.

"Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are currently in talks with The Bachelor producers for their own spin-off reality TV show - which will feature them planning their wedding, and the stressful events leading up to the big day," the article added.

But the network will reportedly take advantage of the tension between "The Bachelorette" star and Shawn Booth's family to be included in the storyline for the spinoff.

"This could get super messy. We are already envisioning Shawn's parents slamming Kaitlyn Bristowe, and then her family jumping to her defense. There could be an all-out in-law brawl before the big day," it added.

The National Enquirer previously reported that Shawn Booth's dad, Steve, doesn't think that a wedding to "The Bachelorette" star Kaitlyn Bristowe is good for everybody.

"Steven was not a happy camper about Kaitlyn and Nick, and he let his son know it," the insider allegedly told the tabloid. "Steve is worried about this, because he's in deep."

"He wants Shawn to be happy, but he's worried Kaitlyn is too fickle and flighty. Shawn said his dad's definitely a bit of a skeptic, but he values his advice more than anyone's in the entire world."
