'NCIS' Season 13 Spoilers: Tony DiNozzo, Ziva David Get Second Chance

Is there a Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David reunion for "NCIS" season 13? Michael Weatherly played spoilers as he teased that the show will have a treat for fans this season.

Talking to TVLine, he said, "I have come to understand that there will be, later in the year, some guest stars that will melt the avid NCIS viewer's brain."

The actor, who plays Tony DiNozzo, couldn't be possibly talking about Ziva David's return, could he?

When prodded for more spoilers for "NCIS" season 13, Gary Glasberg only replied, "We've got some really fine guest spots that aren't locked in yet."

In another interview for EW, Michael Weatherly revealed, "There's a hilarious conceit for my presence which is that this guy who is a witness to some scurrilous wrongdoing is being brought back from Singapore. He disappears and we have to find him in L.A. He keeps disappearing."

For her part, Cote de Pablo said that Ziva David returning to "NCIS" is still possible under the correct circumstances.

The actress previously talked to TVLine saying, "I'm very happy with my choices. I spent time with family, which was incredibly important for me."

"I've had time to deal with me, which I couldn't really do for a long time, so I'm blessed for that," she said, adding that the positive comments she received was very flattering.

"When you make decisions like this, you never expect for people to fully understand. So it was really delicious to feel that kind of love and I'm always grateful for that," she added.

But Cote de Pablo said that Ziva David returning to "NCIS," whether that's on season 13 or not, is still up in the air.

The actress explained, "I think the fact that they never killed the character off is very telling. Under the right circumstances, I think it could definitely be explored."
