Rumors have it that Rita Ora and Zayn Malik are dating after they were spotted going on a low key dinner date last week.

According to report from The Daily Mail, the 24-year-old "X Factor" judge Rita Ora had a date with the former One Direction member at Koi in West Hollywood.

The rumored couple appeared to have preferred a low profile for their date as they arrived from the same car and went on their way to the known Japanese restaurant.

But a source cleared that Rita Ora and Zayn Malik are not dating.

Reportedly, the duo only had dinner together with their management team.

"They were both at a dinner organized by a member of their management team. There was a group of artists and staff from Turn First at the get together," the insider said. "There is nothing going on between Rita and Zayn."

Days before their rumored date, Rita Ora publicly hinted that she is not keen on dating the former One Direction singer.
