‘You are the Best Lee Soon Shin’ disses up a storm on IU

 'You are the Best Lee Soon Shin' dissed up a storm on IU, its main character. 

On the 8th episode of the KBS drama that aired on March 31st, Lee Soon Shin, played by IU, took major heat from her own management company during its project conference.

Shin Joon Ho, having vowed to turn Lee Soon Shin into a star within six months, held an emergency conference. But Jo In Sung(played by Lee Ji Hoon) quipped that she is "not beautiful like Song Hye Gyo, only 5 foot 3 and chunky skinny" during his briefing.

He added that "she is not glamorous so turning her into another Shin MinA is out of question, and she went to a no-name college so she is no Kim Tae Hee or Han Ga In."

Other staff members chimed in saying "surgeries and acting training won't change anything. Prettier eyes, bigger nose, sharper jaw line, brighter smile will take at least a year for the swelling to go down. Let's  do a long-term project."

But Shin Joon Ho did not back down, saying "Are we going to create a plastic monster? No one expected our company to grow this big. We can do it." He still has hope for Lee Soon Shin.
