Interview With Cara Delevingne Has Model Speak Up About Why She Hates The Industry!

Cara Delevingne's interview has been making the rounds on the internet, as she reveals just how much he despises the industry.

According to The Times, the model/actress revealed that she has been open to acting ever since she got into modelling. Moreso, she has revealed that she is done with modelling and has officially moved on to acting.

"I was, like, fight and flight for months," Cara said about her life as a full-time model. "Just constantly on edge. It is a mental thing as well because if you hate yourself and your body and the way you look, it just gets worse and worse."

"Modeling just made me feel a bit hollow after a while," she added. "It didn't make me grow at all as a human being. And I kind of forgot how young I was. I felt so old."

Adding details to her interview, Cara Delevingne also divulged information about how the fashion industry is promoting sexism.

"I am a bit of a feminist and it makes me feel sick," the "Paper Towns" actress said. "It's horrible and it's disgusting. You start when you are really young and ... you get subjected to ... not great stuff."

In another article published by Entertainment Tonight Online, Cara's fans have been reported to have anticipated her jumping ship from a mile away, despite her initial fails to get into the acting industry. 

"I basically gave up on acting, because trying to get an agent was impossible," Delevingne previously told WSJ Magazine, as quoted by the source above. "Everyone said, 'You're just a model. Once I had my mind set that I was going to do this modeling thing, I really wanted to beat it, if that makes sense. Win it."

"I ended up feeling a bit empty," she added. "Fashion is about what's on the outside, and that's it. There's no searching, it's just creating pretty things."

Since the interview, Cara Delevingne has went on numerous roles in numerous films in Hollywood, one of her most anticipated movies is the upcoming "Suicide Squad."
