Chocolate Craving Gone Wild, Thieves Make Off With 5 Tons Of Nutella

We've all had chocolate cravings but this is ridiculous. It happened on Sunday night an unknown number of thieves have stolen 5 tons of Nutella from a trailer in the town of Bad Hersfeld, Germany.

The 5 tons of stolen Nutella is estimated to be worth 16,000 Euros or $20,710. Nutella is a gooey chocolate and hazelnut spread that is perfect on toast, waffles, crackers, and ice cream. But Nutella tastes best when eaten straight out of the jar. Nutella is made and produced by the Italian company Ferrero.

The same group of thieves previously heisted a shipment of energy drinks from the same location. It is unclear what the thieves intend to do with their 5 ton haul of Nutella. Selling the Nutella is one option or it could be that the thieves just have a major case of the munchies.
