FTISLAND Lee Hong Ki and Japanese Actress Fujii Mina Are Newly Married, In Reality Show We Got Married

FT Island's Lee Hong Ki and American-born Japanese actress Fujii Mina will make a new husband and wife on MBC's virtual reality show 'We Got Married."

The everyday life of the new couple will air on the cable network MBC Everyone's "We Got Married-Global." The premise of the show is to show the intricacies of various cultures and deepen the appreciation of 'difference' as individuals from different backgrounds come together under the same roof.

FT Island's management company commented that "because Fujii Mina is proficient in Korean the two of them should have no problem communicating."

Lee Hong Ki stated that "I was shocked when I first met Fujii because she was so beautiful. I gained weight recently and did not have much going for me but because she was all smiles I felt comfortable with her." Fujii Mina said that "Lee Hong Ki reminded me of a cute squirrel. But ironically, he told me that I looked like one. I found it hilarious."

'We Got Married-Global' will feature Lee Hong Ki and Fujii Mina as well as 2PM's Taecyeon and Taiwanese actress Gui Gui.
