Playboy Bunny House For Sale: Have $11 Million? You Could Be Neighbor Of Hefner’s Playboy Mansion

The Playboy Bunny house is up for sale for $11 million dollars. If those walls could talk...

The 6,690-square-foot Playboy Bunny house is located across the street from the infamous Playboy mansion. The Bunny house was put on the market this week, making Playboy Magazine devotees all over the country check their savings accounts to see if they have $11 million to spend on the house that's seen decades worth of half-naked ladies, all-night parties and bunny costumes.

The Playboy Bunny house in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills is famous for housing some of Playboy's most famous models, including 2008 Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole and former "Amazing Race" contestant Jaime Edmondson.

The house includes 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and sits on 1.3 acres of land. The grounds contain an oasis waterfall, whale-shaped pool and spa.

It is unknown if Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy, is the owner of the Playboy Bunny House. According to The Real Estalker, a private investment group may own the house. The property was allegedly purchased by "a corporate entity" for $4.5 million in 2011.

The Playboy Bunny house was also the host of a portion of the cast of the Playboy reality television series "The Girls Next Door."
