Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid Competing With Each Other? Rivalry Affecting Their Family?

Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid are two sisters currently dominating fashion spreads and runways. They also have been spotted quite a lot in red carpets and parties. But rumors also have it that the siblings were apparently competing with each other to dominate the fashion world.

As reported by OK! magazine last week, Gigi has reportedly been getting jealous of Bella for being tapped to model more than her.

"Lately, photographers have been more interested in Bella, because of her more exotic look," an insider said. "Many believe she's the true beauty of the two, and Gigi can't deal with the fact that Bella might outshine her."

A week after the rivalry rumors, the younger Hadid did admit to Seventeen that it's a struggle to always be compared to her older sister especially as they both pursuing modeling careers.

"I just have to remind myself that she's been doing this forever," The Weeknd's girlfriend told the source above. "I can't keep comparing myself to her because we're so different. But people still love to compare and contrast us - what's better about her or what's not that good about me - and it's hard because people are really mean."

Nevertheless, Bella Hadid doesn't let the rumors about her and sister Gigi Hadid get the best of her and seemed to have her sister's back and vice versa.

"But I'm her biggest supporter, and she's my biggest supporter," Bella explained. "We're not competitive at all."

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the older Hadid also said she and her sister are close and they're always there for one another despite the challenges and rumors they face in life.

"I mean my sister is my best friend, my mom is my best friend, my brother is my best friend," the older Hadid revealed. "And you know when we need each other we're always there and you know automatically no matter what we have."

Gigi Hadid also said in the same interview that she's trying to be strong for sister Bella Hadid, mom Yolanda Foster and brother Anwar Hadid, who all were diagnosed with Lyme disease.
