Liam Hemsworth is taking advantage of social media to reveal details about his "true love." He opened up on the matter while still being linked to his "Independence Day: Resurgence" co-star Maika Monroe.
As reported by E! News, the Australian actor posted on Instagram a picture of him with his "true love."
He even simply captioned the picture of them staring at each other with just "true love."
The "Independence Day: Resurgence" actor though was not talking about a person but of his other lady love -- rescue dog, Tani.
His fans couldn't help but gush over the picture and the tandem. Some found it "cute" and even "sexy." Others even took notice of Tani's "Star Wars" collar.
The Australian actor has been posting about Tani for weeks. He first posted about her during a car ride and once again during one hot day. Last week, he also uploaded a picture of his "special girl" with his nephews.
While Liam Hemsworth has found his pet patner, he has yet to talk about finding his human true love since splitting with Miley Cyrus. He has been rumored to be dating "Independence Day: Resurgence" co-star Maika Monroe.
According to a gossip item on Star Magazine though, the rumored pair has apparently split as soon as filming their movie together wrapped up.
"She's clearly moved on, and he just feels stupid," a source told the magazine. "Liam's a softie at heart, so her cruel behavior really hurt him."
The rumored couple never confirmed the dating rumors and has yet to address the latest rumor that they've split. But in a recent interview prior to the split rumor, the Australian actor did admit that he's focused on work and was happy with it.
"It's tough to have a relationship in this industry, though not to the point where it makes me depressed," Liam Hemsworth explained to Men's Fitness amid the Maika Monroe rumors. "I'm constantly working, and I love working. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything at this point - I feel like I'm focusing on the right things and prioritizing things in the right way, and I'm a healthy, happy person."
