'Chaika The Coffin Princess' English Dub Voice Cast Member For Toru Revealed [VIDEO]

Sentai Filmworks is now in the process of releasing the English dub voice cast for their dub of the "Chaika the Coffin Princess" anime series. Set for release on Dec. 15, fans will finally get to hear the English voices in full force via the Blu-ray or DVD.

The next announced English dub voice cast member is Leraldo Anzaldua, who will voice the character of Toru. Fans can view his individual video teaser below.

Previously announced English voice cast members include Joanne Bonasso as Akari Acura.

Anime News Network reports that "Chaika the Coffin Princess" is directed by Soichi Masui with series composition by Touko Machida. The series is based off of a light novel originally created by Ichiro Sakaki and original character designs by Namaniku ATK. The character designs for the anime version were created by Nobuhiro Arai.

Additional staff for the series includes Seikou Nagaoka, who composed music for the series and Masahiro Suwa who was the chief animation director alongside Nobuhiro Arai. BONES studio handled animation production.

My Anime List describes the series of "Chaika the Coffin Princess" as follows:

"Toru Acura is a 20-year-old retired soldier meandering through life post-war. He encounters Chaika Trabant, a 14-year-old sorceress carrying a coffin, and follows her in hopes of finding some semblance of meaning in his life again. The two are accompanied by Toru's adopted sister Akari, the sole employed member of the group and thereby their source of sustenance."
