SHINee’s Japanese Album ‘THE FIRST’ Reach Gold Certified by RIAJ

SHINee’s first Japanese official album ‘THE FIRST’ released last year December 7 successfully became “Gold” certified by Recording Industry Association of Japan.

The RIAJ announced on January 15 the group’s album has been Gold certified, putting the boys in the same category with popular Japanese artists as Jin Akanishi, Nana Mizuki and Ketsumeishi.

Girls Generation’s Japanese album “GIRLS GENERATION” received Triple Platinum certified mid last year.
