RUMOR: Big Bang’s Teayang Helping The Competition Hit Top 10 On Oricon?
It looks like this one is backed up by the truth. Teyang (Big Bang) is working on adding song writer to the list of talents he’s known for and is actually doing quite well. He just wrote first song for Se7en titled “Somebody Else”. Teddy, main producer for YG co-produced the single.
“Somebody Else” is slated to be a huge comeback song for Se7en, especially in Japan. The song topped the pre-order sales ranking for Tower Records and made the Oricon Top Ten on January 20th.
Even though this is the first song written by Teyang for non Big Bang artists, he has written popular singles which were not sung by him. His songwriting ability is seen in “Super Fly”, “Good Bye Baby”, and “Wedding Dress”. These are not the only ones he has written and surely there will be more in the future.
